Dosing

Correct dosage is essential for achieving optimal effects and minimizing the risk of unwanted side effects. Following the recommended dosage ensures that the product works effectively and safely. Overdosing or improper use may weaken the effects or lead to health issues.

Mix 1 dose (22g) in 250 ml of water and take 30 minutes before strength training. Do not exceed recommended dosage.
